My life and work,
1954–present

diary/730308d.jpg

My diaries became even more detailed after my school years — as you can see from this scan of a typical page of handwriting (click for full size). For the website, I have typed out a day or so from each year of my life from 1954 on. Many of these have photos and other illustrations to go with them.

Some of the extracts were chosen simply at random — if you have any particular date you would like to suggest adding, please let me know.

New for my birthday on 31 July 2008: The diary of 1955 is now online in full, along with the 1954 volume which went up a year ago. Formatting does not yet match that of other diaries online, and photographs are to be added.
